Twilight Jazz is a free outdoor concert series sponsored by area businesses and located on the south end of Anderson Arts Center. Grounds open at 6:00 p.m. and handicapped parking is permitted on the grounds. There will be food vendors available as well as outdoor bathroom facilities. A 50/50 Raffle to support the Anderson Arts Center will be offered and the GIFT SHOP will be open offering special discounts.

It is a family-friendly event held on Tuesday evenings during the summer. Come and pull up a blanket or lawn chair and enjoy.

Hootenany

A Hootenany is held at Anderson Arts Center on the first Friday of every month unless otherwise posted. See "Get Out" section in Kenosha News or call Kemper Center at 657-6005. It is a celebration of musically talented people playing together. It gets crowded and it gets loud. It is a unique event that has become very popular over the years. Lifetime Achievement Awards

The Anderson Arts Center honors a Kenosha County resident who has contributed a lifetime of achievement to the arts through a body of work, teaching, mentoring, leadership, philanthropic activities, or promotion and or awareness of the fine arts in the community.

Oktoberfest

Oktoberfest is held on Saturday, September 20, 2008 from 4 to 10 pm at Anderson Arts Center, 121-66th Street, under a tent on beautiful Lake Michigan featuring Dorf Kapelle for your dancing and listening pleasure. German food and Bittberger beer offered. Call 262-657-6005 for more information.


Gallery of Trees - Christmas Gala

Held the end of November through first week of December. We will provide the community with the chance to buy raffle tickets to win their choice of professionally decorated Christmas Trees and other Holiday Decorations. Christmastime at Kemper Center and Anderson Arts Center offers the public special opportunities for family-friendly events and activities to make your holiday memorable.
